1.FLEXIBILITY: It can be defined as range of body movements to move joints to a maximum range of motion .
2.ENDURANCE:  It is a ability of a person to perform exercise under the condition of fatique.
3.STRENGTH:It is ability of muscles to overcome resistance .
4.SPEED:It is ability of body parts or muscles to act as quickly as it is possible.
5.POWER:It is ability to perform strength based activities quickly.
